We are, Softwarium — Ukrainian outsourcing IT company. We have been developing software for American, Canadian, and Norwegian clients in the education, healthcare, energy, and security industries for over 20 years.

Currently we’re looking for an experienced Technical Lead to help deliver the project in MRO area for our US customer.

Our Customer has many years of experience in MRO supply chain management, operating globally, including enterprises in the USA, Canada, Europe, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and Singapore.

The product (E-commerce, Enterprise) is a corporate CRM system designed for large enterprises. It provides to corporate clients with the ability to customize the system according to the specifics of their activity and internal needs of the company. This means they can monitor logistics, warehouse balances, keep records of employees, and generate payment documents, all in one place. The project is based on infrastructure that ensures our clients’ success, utilizing the Microsoft Dynamics CRM software package.

Key clients: major global companies in various industries, including life sciences, automotive, food and beverage, chemicals, metals and mining, healthcare, higher education, and others.

Team: 5 Full stack devs, 2 Mobile Devs, 2 QA, PM, Power PBI, 3 SQL devs, DevOps.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of software development experience;
• Strong background in C#, ASP.NET, and databases (SQL, T-SQL, NoSQL) at least 5 years;
• Experience working with Power BI and SSIS/SSRS/SSAS;
• Experience working with any cloud platform (Azure, AWS);
• Understanding the architecture of distributed systems, systems for working with large data sets (OLTP vs OLAP);
• Deep knowledge of application/platform architecture, software development life cycle, and a variety of software development methodologies;
• Practical experience in converting legacy projects with a large codebase to ones with high-quality code standards;
• Practical experience in different aspects of the software lifecycle, including systems analysis, code development, software testing, deployment, and support;
• Technical experience of POC/R&D projects;
• Strong communication skills and be comfortable in leasing with stakeholders at all levels;
• Upper-Intermediate level of spoken English;
• Ability to build, lead, and grow strong teams.

Nice-to-have:

• OWASP principles;
• Working experience with React or any FE framework;
• Practical experience with Elasticsearch or other search platforms;
• Working experience with financial systems, including billing/invoicing, revenue management, procure-to-pay;
• Experience with MS Dynamic 365;
• Experience with mobile development: iOS, Android;
• Knowledge of Virtualization, Containerization and Orchestration (VM, Docker, Kubernetes, Nomad).

Responsibilities:

• Development of tabular models;
• Build, configure, and maintain the CI/CD pipelines;
• In partnership with other team members, review and recommend technology solutions;
• Provide technical leadership, and offer insights on design choices, architecture, and technology stack, ensuring alignment with project goals;
• Lead software development projects, overseeing the entire development lifecycle from inception to deployment;
• Mentor team members, fostering their professional growth, skill development, and overall performance improvement;
• Conduct technical interviews for prospective developers;
• Collaborate with the team, overseeing individual tasks, devising strategies, and establishing timelines;
• Work closely with Reporting, Mobile, Dynamic 365 teams, project manager, and product manager.
