Softwarium is searching for an IT Sales / Business development manager to develop new strategic customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of success in prospecting, qualifying, and developing business with small, medium, and large companies.

— 2-3 years of sales experience in a complex business environment with an emphasis on selling intangible services to leading corporations;
— previous success in IT Sales or Business Development role is strongly desired;
— as the volume of sales grows, we expect you to manage and inspire the potential team of sales;
— experience with new business development and maintaining relationships;
— strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills; strong conceptual and analytical skills;
— extensive knowledge of business/economic environment;
— strong pipeline analysis and opportunity forecasting skills;
— strong customer-centered selling skills;
— ability to present and defend the point of view constructively and persuasively;
— English level of at least C1

— build a portfolio of profitable partnerships from the ground up by identifying targets, developing relationships, finding opportunities, scoping and negotiating deals;
— prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and following up on leads and appointment setting;
— collaboratively work with the sales and marketing team;
— initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives;
— develop and manage enterprise relationships by engaging with partners and key customers.
