The Communications Manager reports to the Marketing Lead in Ukraine and oversees all internal and external marketing communication activities. The role ensures consistent messaging, strong brand alignment, and measurable business impact.
Acting as the main owner of marketing communications, this position collaborates with regional/global teams, experts, agencies, media, and industry partners.
The key goal is to strengthen the brand, increase online visibility, and build targeted awareness of the company’s products and services to attract potential customers.
- Own and execute the marketing communications strategy across content, PR, social media, website, and campaigns.
- Plan and deliver content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and digital/media channels.
- Manage the editorial calendar aligned with business priorities, launches, campaigns, and events.
- Create and communicate customer stories including case studies, testimonials, and references.
- Manage external PR communications with agencies, including articles, interviews, and thought‑leadership materials.
- Support website and event communications, including CMS updates (Sitecore) and coordination for virtual, hybrid, and in‑person events.
What we need to see from you
- Proven experience in marketing communications, content, PR preferably in IT or B2B sector.
- Excellent written communication skills in Ukrainian.
- Professional level of English (Upper‑Intermediate).
- Experience collaborating with PR agencies/media, content creators, and external vendors.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, content marketing, and campaign support.
- Creative and proactive mindset.
