Requirements

• Previous Experience (3 + years) in a similar role
• Good planning, communication and organizational skills
• Practical knowledge of Agile and agile-based methodologies
• Advanced English level, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of risk and cost management
• Strong skills in project monitoring, controlling, and report creation

As a plus

• Basic technical understanding of the software development process

• Understanding of profitability calculation, RCA, earned value

• Courses or workshops certifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of various systems and solutions, drive the delivery of complex solutions
• Engagement in the discussions with clients on the business goals and technology strategy
• Formulate and execute project plans, and manage cross-functional project teams
• Manage risks and changes
• Influence scope and estimations
• Responsibility for the regular reporting
• Manage outstaff teams
