SSA Group is looking for a Campaign Manager/Sales Assistant who can offer reliable support to the Business Development team by increasing pipeline and assist in closing out opportunities. The Campaign Manager will be responsible to execute successful sales campaigns to reach German-speaking leads and convert them into customers. This will include writing cold emails and messages via LinkedIn, Xing, and other platforms, maintaining regular contact with potential customers, and updating the customer contact information in a CRM. Campaign Manager will be working in a team with Business Development Manager and Lead Generation specialist


  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • B2 of higher level of German, B2 or higher level of English
  • Basic understanding of IT Sales
  • Active user of LinkedIn and/or Xing
  • Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the client’s demands
  • Ability to organize and prioritize own work, be flexible and meet deadlines
  • Be a team player


  • Experience with Reply. io or any other email marketing software
  • Experience with Zoho or any other CRM


  • Write successful sales campaigns via email, LinkedIn, Xing, and other platforms
  • Process incoming requests from potential customers
  • Analyse the clients’ needs, clarify the requirements, schedule meetings
