Founded in 2014, the SDH company started its enterprise activity as highly skilled technical specialists with progressive ideas. Since then, we have got great experience in Software and Web engineering. We have executed more than 20 different large-scale projects, both for Ukrainian and foreign clients.

Now we are looking for an open-minded and proactive HR Manager to join our team.


  • working with the team to ensure that positive behavior is nurtured across the business and that core values are reinforced throughout;
  • strengthening of the internal and external HR brand;
  • providing seamless, employee-focused support throughout the employee’s lifecycle from onboarding, performance reviews, and critical moments through to departure;
  • providing 1:1 meetings;
  • event planning and organization;
  • seeking new employees through different platforms and social networks.


  • 1+ years of commercial experience in HR/recruiting sphere;
  • knowledge of HR functions (benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.);
  • outstanding organizational and time-management abilities;
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • problem-solving and decision-making aptitude;
  • at least Intermediate level of English.
