• Strong knowledge of C/C++, C++11/14 and STL

• Contribute to the design, implementation and documentation of various software modules
• Understand the current system and come up with innovative and creative ideas for re-factoring to eliminate needless calls from customers
• Design, troubleshoot, and perform root cause analysis to resolve customer issues
• Help to focus on customer issue investigation and fixes to help ensure continued success with the product
