Define product strategy, own and prioritize roadmap
Research the customer, market, and competitor landscape
Generate and validate hypotheses to identify new product opportunities and enhance existing features
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of designers, engineers, product analysts, and customer support team
Collaborate closely with clients and manage their expectations
Define the value proposition and monetization with the management team, participate in presales to expand the product into new markets
Shape and constantly improve processes to accelerate product development
Municipal Tech is a product direction of SoftServe. We operate in the utility domain and build the whole product eco-system, which covers the end-to-end process of how people interact with utilities from metering monthly consumption to processing payments. We work both with the government and citizens. Our mission is to build new digital cities in Ukraine, make government companies more modern and mobile, and entirely simplify citizens experience in utilities.
We are looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for the whole product eco-system, drive product strategy, and be able to synchronize the work of 2 cross-functional teams. Our ideal candidate should be particular about processes and inspired by a production environment and a mission to make an important product for all Ukrainian citizens.
Our Target Audience Includes Consumers and Suppliers:
Consumers are citizens who utilize services like water, gas, electricity. Their main jobs are to transfer meter reading, process payments, verify the balance, etc.
Suppliers are companies who provide utilities for people. Their main job is to collect and analyze data about utility consumption, consult citizens, process payments, etc.
Depending on Customer Segmentation, We Have Two Product Streams (B2B and B2C):
B2B solutions include three interconnected products: billing system, BI-analytical tool, and mobile app that help companies to get payments, support citizens, and collect meter reading
B2C solution includes a personal account for citizens where they can fill meter reading, pay bills, view account balance
