• Skilled Java developer for the team leader position
• Developer who is familiar with Spring framework and Maven

• Ideally, we are looking for a proven record of being able to work with a team that resides in many locations, so needs to be able to communicate and lead other engineers in an effective way, including working with external teams for some part, such as Quality, Product, Support
• Due to the nature of the work, we think 10 years of experience in Java but should also have proven themselves in multiple types of architectures
• Will include development, technical design activities and all related to it communication
• This position requires a strong sense of responsibility and enthusiasm
• English knowledge level expected is Upper-Intermediate.

General Tech Stack:
Java 8, Spring Framework, Maven, Swagger, Progress OpenEdge OOABL, SVN, TypeScript, AngularJS, Kendo UI, HTML5, Selenium with Python for QA automation, JMeter. The work is executed according to SCRUM principles and leverages the whole suite of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, FishEye, Crucible).

For more than 35 years, it has provided customers with the Enterprise Applications, an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system that supports operational requirements, including financials, manufacturing, demand and supply chain planning, customer management, business intelligence, and business process management. The Enterprise Applications are offered in flexible deployment models in the cloud, on-premise or in a blended environment.

Current Project is a multi-year project across the full ERP. It is the next generation of user experience. The main goal is to keep the Client competitive in the cloud and web-based world and to provide customers with the consistent and intuitive user experience across ERP, personalized for roles, tasks, and each user.
There are several teams that are already working concurrently with each other taking care of different modules and covering different needs to successfully complete the project.
The Core team is a SCRUM team that is currently located in Chernivtsi and Lviv.
The main responsibility of the team is providing new facilities in the WebUI ERP-system that makes the lives of Client’s customers much easier. For example, the team is developing a possibility to construct the business entities “on-the-fly” in the Web UI system and ability to operate with them like with ordinary (coded) entities. The generic REST API is handling the operations with those “on-the-fly”-constructed business entities and it is documented by dynamically created Swagger documentation. Also, the team developed enhancements in logging facilities of the current system and the logs of the system can now be controlled and monitored via the WebUI system. Big plans ahead and a lot of enhancement to be done in the nearest and not so near future.

A candidate will be joining a team of highly skilled and motivated engineers. The crew of 10 individuals assigned to a complex project that is divided into several modules. The whole team includes Java, Frontend UI, and Progress developers. Project quality is being maintained by QA Manual engineers and QA Automation experts.
