It’s a new project for our client. Integration of workforce management (WFC ) system with the client’s internal systems as well as products for end users. The client is looking for a partner to support the WFC system and associated integrations once they will go into production. The following typical actions/activities are expected as part of the support:

• Creation of new interfaces
• Maintenance and configuration of existing interfaces
