Необхідні навички

• Education — Master degree or higher
• Advanced level of English
• 5+ years of experience in business operations/environment
• Understanding of software development company functioning, IT industry standards and trends
• Understanding of Resource Management competencies, skills, and roles
• Experience in building frameworks and building business processes related to staffing area, preferably in the IT industry
• Experience in training development and master classes performance
• Excellent communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills (proven communicator/presenter)
• Strong prioritization skills (handling multiple tasks and time management)
• Strong self-management skills and ability to work without supervision
• Result-orientation and attention to details
• Strong problem-solving skills, flexibility
• Strong research and analytical skills, systems thinking, quick learning
• Mentoring skills

Обов’язки

• Develop Resource Management competence standards, best practices, key processes and procedures, metrics and tools, as well as support other company’s departments with needed resource management knowledge
• Ensure the effectiveness of the onboarding process for newcomers in resource management direction
• Provide consulting and mentoring to Resource Management team, analyze training needs, prepare and conduct internal training for the team’s excellence
• Track effectiveness of resource management direction through defined metrics and indicators, and based on the data, perform all necessary actions in competence development, track the overall success of Resource Management team performance
• Support the Resource Manager role awareness in the company
• Monitor the best practices on the local and global market to keep the internal practice up to date, facilitate internal sharing of best practices within the team across locations
• Coordinate and drive needed tools usage and development
