A person obtaining present position of Project Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
• Full ownership over Project Scope/Time/Cost/Quality/Team etc.
• Teams/Client Coaching on the road of Agile adoption
• Current SDLC Review and further formalization/improvement (e.g. Change Management)
• Work with a complex scheme of stakeholders
• Lots of communication and negotiation with the Client: Product and Design Director, Engineering Director, POs
• Work with the End Client (Construction Enterprises)
• Coordination of cross-teams collaboration and knowledge exchange
• New directions starts (e.g. design thinking workshop), new teams’ on-boarding; staffing matters

Current Project deals with the Hybrid ERP. Such ERP is also called a two-tier model where you have a combination of core on-premise ERP capabilities combined with cloud capabilities in areas such as collaboration, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and sales. On-premise ERP solutions have the pedigree and reliability that come with a long history of successful implementations. On the other hand, cloud-based solutions benefit from low capital costs and easy infrastructure upgrades.
Our team is building the solution (from scratch) for modular cross-platform mobile applications (about 20 apps should be developed in the container calling Umbrella app), heavily based on Xamarin Native approach targeting iOS, Android and Windows systems. Mobile solution will support disconnected mode and data synchronization on top of Azure Mobile App Services. Each module will define a set of tables in a shared local database created by Umbrella.
