• 7+ years of experience in an enterprise-level role driving creative and impactful internal communications programs, marketing communications, or a related discipline; experience in a high tech or other fast-paced, disruptive environment is a must
• 1-2 years of experience in a start-up environment strongly preferred
• Superior writing ability with a flexible approach to the process (no editorial pride, for example)
• Agility — innovative thinking and flexibility to change course if necessary, to achieve results
• Ability to lead, manage and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong collaboration — ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization and within the Global Marketing team; a fundamental understanding of the role of transparency and teamwork
• Multi-cultural inclusion and diversity mindset essential; International experience a plus
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills, particularly with highly diverse teams
• Mastery of Microsoft Office tools as well as social media proficiency

• Develop and execute a multi-modal annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly communications plan in conjunction with executive management that ultimately drives employee awareness, engagement, and satisfaction
• Draft and edit content to support the plan using multiple channels (including but not limited to Workday, video, e-mail, newsletter/digest, Workday, etc.)
• Work closely with the company’s senior leadership team to craft messages that highlight organizational initiatives and projects that celebrate the company’s unique culture
• Draft and deliver presentations that support quarterly T100 / company All Hands events
• Partner with HR to ensure our values are regularly communicated
• Advise and proactively manage executive communications needs as and when they arise
• Ensure tone-of-voice for internal communications matches our external tone-of-voice, that we consistently remain on-message and on-brand
• Collaborate with Global Marketing peers to deliver — including creative, video, content + product marketing, etc.
• Other duties as assigned
