• 5+ years of experience in IT, occupying such roles like resource administrator, recruiting or project coordinator
• Proven communicator/presenter
• Good understanding of Dnipro IT talents market
• Experienced in full-cycle recruitment in IT (desired)
• Experience in team management

Обов’язки

• Lead a team of recruitment and resource management professionals
• Ensure full-cycle recruitment services on location
• Be accountable for managing and developing the internal reserve of employees in accordance to projected demand, company standards and best practices
• Participate in staffing strategy development for specific projects and positions
• Plan and execute staffing of projects in location
• Cooperate with hiring managers to ensure that location fulfils the business needs and it is attractive for projects placement
• Ensure cost effective staffing process
