• Excellence in all design spheres, UX, web, print and other marketing medias
• 4+ years of experience in an enterprise-level role driving creative and impactful external communications programs, marketing communications, or a related discipline; experience in a high tech or other fast-paced, disruptive environment is a must
• 1-2 years experience in a start-up environment strongly preferred
• Superior design ability with a flexible approach to the process
• Ability to lead, manage and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Agility — innovative thinking and flexibility to change course when necessary, to achieve results
• Strong collaboration — ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization and within the Global Marketing team; a fundamental understanding of the role of transparency and teamwork

• Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials
• Plans concept by studying information and materials
• Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts
• Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval
• Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; purchasing from vendors
• Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art
• Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
• Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
