• Basic MS SQL query construction, Understanding of relation Databases, ability to construct medium complexity cross-join queries
• Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills are required, as a set of approvals and clarifications has to be performed before most of the tickets can be closed
• English level — Upper intermediate and higher
• Willingness to communicate much with the end users
• Politeness and patience

Обов’язки

The tasks you will have to complete will cover the following sample tickets:
• A claim was entered by mistake and has to be deleted, no RM interface for such task exists, thus it has to be performed on DB level with the help of SQL scripts
• The user needs a specific instruction to be created to submit an invoice in the system
• The user needs to be unlocked in the system
• A request to set a new account for the user in the applications
But definitely you will have to go the extra miles as soon as tickets may cover other issues as well.

Про проєкт

The Customer needs help processing helpdesk tickets related to corporate systems. These are not a development tasks, but more of DataBase, data correction and data entry tasks.
