Обов’язки

  • Create the best user interface/experience in the marketplace, giving CMS a solid differentiator against competitors. The new design of the CMS Connect 2.0 as well as the new key features are aimed to demonstrate all advantages of CMS services to potential customers.
  • Create an efficient set of “self-serve” tools for dealers to interact with CMS to improve CMS cost structure.
  • To improve usability of current solution: add flexibility of modifications\enhancements for mobile application, improve process of switching between accounts for all functionalities.

The company was founded in 1988 and is headquartered in Lawrence, Kansas with more than 70 locations in the United States; the company’s team includes more than 2,500 employees. It is recognized as the nation’s premier full service security provider with the 26-year experience on the market, offering security services to residential, business, national account, and integrated system customers including professional installation, a high level of ongoing customer service and company owned monitoring centers to ensure a rapid response.

Why this project:
The client came to SoftServe with outdated UI concerns and as a result, the solution being not user appealing on the competitive market.

The Client wanted to engage more potential customers and increase the number of sales by providing the redesigned application, as well as changing user flows to improve user experience, and introducing mobile-friendly application view.

In scope of improving user experience, the client also wanted to reduce the internal customer support efforts and decrease the number of calls.

The old implementation was already recognized on the market, but there still were some individual features which were too complex to understand for the end clients. Increasing usability had to reduce this complexity.
