Specialized knowledge:

• At least 3+ years IT experience
• 4+ years in user experience and interaction design
• Leading experience is a plus
• Solid working experience in key design tools (e.g. Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq)
• Experience in working in agile environments and in using agile methods
• Be self-motivated, analytical and able to make logical decisions
• Knowledge of modern UI design approaches for desktop, web and mobile
• Understanding of modern front-end technologies (e.g. Ajax, html 5, RIA)

• Design user interface for web, desktop and mobile apps.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, product managers, and marketers to design applications that are part of service ecosystem

• Create and maintain design assets for existing applications
• Prepare compatible images, sources or guidelines for development team
• Maintain visual guidelines to ensure consistent representation of the client’s brand across each individual device and application
• Assist in testing and identifying bugs and glitches
• Understand how to make something both beautiful and insanely functional
• Comfortable working alongside creative and non-creative types; communicating your vision and understanding limitations
• Sketch or draw to communicate complex visual ideas quickly

Client specializes in integrated compliance and revenue optimization for the healthcare industry.

Client’s advisory staff helps to ensure that their customers build and maintain a compliance infrastructure across business lines. Client’s operations team provides comprehensive outsourcing solutions, including regulatory-heavy commercial processes involving transparency, contract oversight, and government pricing.

Company’s customers can expect regulatory knowledge, deep industry experience, and a problem-solving culture. Customers are supported throughout product lifecycle that helps them navigate complex regulations and commercial challenges.

Compliance maintanence for each bussines line is supported as a separate service. Group of those services form ecosystem that should be supported and developed. It’s a brand new system that came up after long and exiting onsite discoveries in order to replace old legacy applications.

Currently, almost all services have dedicated devteam and designer. Some of the services are not started yet and are being in the discovery phase now.

As a designer, you will have to dive deaply into the complex business processes and provide design solutions to satisfy both business and user needs. Design challenge here is to provide a solution that is a part of the whole ecosystem, not a separate application. Therefore, you must communicate with product owners of multiple applications, work closely with a design team, be very flexible, and ready to work in a dynamic environment, and be extremly good at selling your ideas using logical arguments.

Prior leading experience is appreciated because you will need to provide design reviews and guide junior designers.
