Education:

  • Bachelor Degree and above.

Specialized knowledge:

  • Working experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) 3+ years;
  • Working experience as a Recruiter for US market 1+ year;
  • Proven experience of working with executive level hiring managers and utilizing deep external talent market knowledge to consult with and influence their talent strategy;
  • Knowledge of sourcing channels, tools & networking;
  • Understanding of software development company functioning;
  • Understanding of full lifecycle recruiting components;
  • Excellent PC skills and expertise in using ERP/HRMS/CRM systems.

Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to work under time pressure;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to communicate with and influence senior executives is essential;
  • Strong motivation to manage customer/partner expectations;
  • Result orientation;

Обов’язки

  • Work with hiring managers to understand properly staffing needs and workforce-planning strategies, solidify the objectives of open positions and develop recruiting plans. Consult hiring managers on the best approaches in staffing process and perform as their primary contact point.
  • Use creative and innovative sourcing approaches to identify, source, attract and engage candidates;
  • Pre-screen and interview candidates to define skills, knowledge and experience according to vacancy requirements;
  • Perform as the primary contact point for candidates and conduct the full recruiting cycle (communicate status, answer questions and coordinate all follow-up efforts);
  • Coordinate all interview stages (technical, project and customer interviews);
  • Communicate regarding recruiting achievement, provide updates to all stakeholders through meetings, email updates etc.;
  • Create and extend the recruiting pipeline, maintain database of candidates and recruitment related reports.
