Education and degree:
•BS degree in human resources, business administration or finance
•knowledge of HR Pay surveys and HR technologies.

•Minimum of 2 years delivering Compensation and Benefit programs, tools and initiatives, required.

•Proven working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist
•Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle execution
•Working knowledge of job analysis systems, experience with labor market surveys

•Strong quantitative and analytical skills
1. Total Reward philosophy, poilicies and training
•Participate in developing of Total Reward philosophy globally that fits and is aligned to the company’s strategy and business goals
•Develop and implement Total Rewards policies, procedures and communication aligned with the global Total Rewards philosophy
•Develop and deploy Total Rewards training for different levels in organizations
2. Total Rewards Market Analysis
•Execute the annual salary & benefits survey processes
•Ensure in-depth and transparent analyses of compensation market data, trends and economic indicators
•Particiate in salary range settings for all locations we operate
•participate in job grading process
4. Variable Pay
•Contribute to the development of Variable Pay Plans (VPPs)
•Ensure high quality process and deadlines
•Set up benefit plans in line with the changing local market environments and the global Total Reward philosophy
6. HRMS system (WorkDay)
•Set up and drive compensation business processes excellence in the system
•Be the architect of the global job library to drive consistency and standardization across the company
