1. Planning and design IT services, documenting procedures
2. Perform workstation’s hardware and periphery devices maintenance, installation and configuration (according to schedule or by request)
3. Technical error analysis and troubleshooting, detecting problems and making decisions for resolving them. Cooperate with other directions if required to accomplish requests effectively and efficiently.
4. Keep all related work procedures up to date.
5. Track tasks to closure or raise them to level-up engineers in case if it requires deeper analysis and additional advisory.
6. Facilitate the annual Physical Inventory Taking (PIT) for HW assets as required.
7. Cooperate with Service centers/Vendors/Suppliers for needs of hardware devices support and repair services.
8. Perform HW Disposal process Physical HW Shipment/Update Records
9. Ensure the logistics for transporting hardware devices between Company offices and/or Service Centers/Vendors/Suppliers in.
10. Company hardware warehouse management — tracking list of available hardware and periphery devices.
11. Perform/create analysis and reporting
Perform moderate/low complexity tasks in Hardware Distribution group of the ITAM Team, also work to support, interact and contribute to the success of the ITAM program
