Tools & Resources required
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Excel & PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Power BI
• Strong Presentation Skills
• Experience in Workforce and Analytics function
• Knowledge of Cloud based systems such as WorkDay will be an added advantage.

Qualifications and Skills
• Workforce management subject matter expert with at least three years’ experience
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & MS Word.
• Proficient in Power BI/ Tableau and R
• Strong statistical, analytical, communication, and organization skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and have proven record of maintaining sensitive information.
• Ability to handle several tasks at once and prioritize work based on demand.
• High sense of urgency for meeting commitments and completing assignments
• Ability to be self-directed and self-motivated and operate successfully with moderate direction.
• Must have effective communication skills, strong internal customer service orientation and employee relations skills.
• Ability to be solution-oriented and flexible
• Ability to work well in a team oriented environment
• Workday Reporting experience/knowledge a plus

Обов’язки

• Support HR initiatives (e.g. workforce planning, succession planning, diversity /EEO) by consolidating data, performing in-depth analyses and interpretation/evaluation, summarizing results and key trends, updating materials, and preparing reports and presentations. This involves developing a solid understanding of the Org strategy, business line strategies, current and future workforce requirements, etc., so that analyses are well-grounded and reflect business needs and opportunities.
• Support the strategic workforce planning activity by maintaining the integrity of the human capital dashboard and scorecard, developing documentation and support materials for workforce planning techniques and tools, examining and identifying key trends and gaps in the data using traditional and advanced methods, and overseeing the production process of workforce planning reporting and analysis for internal HR and external business line customers. The human capital dashboard aggregates workforce data from disparate corporate systems for fact-based decision making by business leaders.
• Act as subject matter expert on all key HR reporting systems. This includes identifying reporting and analysis problems and working with management to resolve them, understand and reconcile gaps/overlaps/apparent contradictions among and within reports and reporting tools, investigate possible methods of improving data collection and reporting processes for the HR community, and ensure compliance to HR reporting quality standards.
• Work proactively and independently to perform analysis of relevant human capital metrics, uncover and interpret trends in data, and produce substantiated recommendations. Partner with BUHRs by providing scheduled data reviews and highlighting trends and potential risks that may impact the business. Provide recommendations on further data and research to validate findings and design reports to key stakeholders summarizing the data and key findings.
• Support the HR Analytics Manager in developing relevant human capital and HR metrics to ensure continuous alignment of the design of all HR programs with organizational objectives and track progress against the Organization’s human capital and HR’s strategies.
• Create regular and ad-hoc reports, data mining, data consulting and data analysis as needed. Perform basic and advanced statistical modeling and forecasting.

The Workforce Analytics Analyst contributes to SoftServe’s success by collecting and analyzing human capital and HR data and metrics to identify important workforce trends and demonstrate the implications of these trends on the business. This is a high-impact position responsible for analyzing workforce data and insights, particularly as it relates to workforce planning, succession planning, diversity/EEO, and talent management. This role is responsible for ensuring the data is accurate and for translating it in a clear, concise, and business-relevant manner to key stakeholders, i.e., ability to translate the data to “tell the story” in a way that the business can relate to make proactive business decisions.
