The Digital Team you’ll work with is a horizontal cross-functional (read: supports many teams!) organization responsible for all the (surpriiise!) digital touchpoints of the customer journey: from brand awareness to customer advocacy. We’re a team of 60+ associates divided into smaller units that cover their designated area, so (a) you’ll have all the guidance needed in adjacent fields (like events, market development, brand, campaign management, etc.), and (b) you’re not expected to act as a human Swiss army knife (unless you really want to).

YOU ARE

  • A digital marketing generalist knee-deep in both strategy and tactics
  • An experienced digital specialist/digital campaign manager with at least 3 consistent years in the role (4+ years, if you were in an on-and-off professional relationship with digital) creating and successfully executing full-scope digital campaigns
  • An advanced user of LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, other programmatic platforms, and their analytics capabilities (working with Quora and Reddit Business would be a plus point)
  • An advanced user of LinkedIn Campaign Manager (nope, not a mistake, it’s mentioned twice for a reason)
  • Very well-acquainted (and willing to work) with B2B sector and its best practices in a way that you know how it differs from B2C and why it’s important to know the difference
  • Ready to create and execute multistep digital campaigns (from ideation through launch to optimization) for a tech-minded audience and business-alike, so you know ’Here’s our latest whitepaper...’ alone is off the plate
  • A Jack of multiple marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.) and a master of at least one
  • A true Gary V of digital campaign management who won’t wait for instructions or micro supervision because supervision is you
  • Well-acquainted with the specifics of the international markets, primarily North America, EMEA, and APAC
  • An inborn analyst and numbers translator with good reporting skills who knows that metrics taste better with insights and action items
  • Capable of building visual easy-to-digest reports and/or dashboards and tracking metrics and trends through time against an industry benchmark and ourselves
  • A self-driven planner at heart with a sense of a deadline and ownership
  • Eating tech and business news for breakfast, know all the buzzwords yet before they start to buzz, and have that Neil deGrasse Tyson’s account bookmarked
  • A confident English user (strong Upper-Intermediate+ level required) who can read native hot off-the-press social platforms documentation, communicate in a business environment, and have a good laugh because our team loves to share the one

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

  • Digital campaigns strategy, not just tactics — with the focus on demand generation, not just lead gen, through paid, earned, and owned media acquisitions tactics
  • B2B, often a corporate-flavored audience
  • A self-curated roadmap for increasing our client-facing engagement, acquiring and nurturing quality leads (not just contacts), and driving marketing pipeline with other teams through digital means
  • Leading lifecycle stages and consistent reports on key metrics (cost per X, lead-to-MQL conversion rate, etc.) to improve our digital initiatives through actionable insights
  • A team who will rely on you in advising how to activate and run our planned field and global campaigns
  • Basic marketing research, strategy, and marketing mix planning to make sure our paid digital activities bring all the prospects to the yard
  • The design team on creating engaging visual and video assets and discovering new formats to support digital campaigns
  • Content team to make sure we consistently represent SoftServe as one brand localized for different personas
