As a part of our team, you will get a chance to drive the incorporation of the massive open online course provider to SoftServe University existing portfolio, re-design learning experiences for SoftServe associates, work with cutting-edge learning formats and promote life-long learning philosophy.


  • An Expert in the implementation of complex projects
  • Having 3-5 years of experience in IT or global company in L&D, HR or PM direction
  • The owner of Bachelor’s degree in organization management, or all related areas
  • The one who has undergone professional certification/completion of special education around L&D or PM
  • Skilled in organization and planning
  • Able to lead and drive others toward a goal
  • Possessing a continuous improvement (growth) mindset
  • Confident in L&D area
  • Strong in presentation mastery and assertive persuasive communication style
  • Demonstrating Upper-Intermediate and higher


  • Executing complex process of adding the massive open online course provider to SoftServe University existing portfolio
  • Controlling project plans and schedules
  • Regulating status updates from stakeholders (marketing, learning systems and analytics, learning solutions architects, etc.)
  • Tracking and reporting status and other metrics against goals on an ongoing basis
  • Modifying existing learning policies and procedures to new processes
  • Driving continuous improvement through reporting analysis and metrics management
  • Department managers to obtain resources for projects and escalate issues when necessary
  • Creating the supporting materials and media (’how to use’ courses, for example) in cooperation with respective stakeholders
  • External stakeholders as the main contact person
  • Maintaining a comprehensive learning ecosystem in a given direction
  • Focusing activities and decisions on opportunities that produce significant, strategic business impact
  • Establishing a learning culture
  • Communicating the value of lifelong learning and professional development
