YOU ARE

A Solutions Architect with solid experience in Cloud Technologies who will help create an innovative solution using proven architecture design methodologies, innovation frameworks & experience design approaches in a start-up-like environment. Product backend: Java 11, Spring boot; Frontend: React

• Tech-savvy, holding extensive experience with different arch tactics & patterns
• Experienced with numerous technologies & programming languages, with JAVA as core expertise
• Skilled in microservices arch
• Strong in cloud architecture, experience with GCP would be an advantage
• Good at designing & negotiating quality attributes & technical drivers, development of application/solution-scale systems
• Well-deserved in the creation of tech specifications, arch visions & strategies
• Skilled in tech drivers & risks evaluation
• Strong in building WBS & solution complexity decomposition, estimation
• Experienced in building security layers & SSO
• Accustomed to working in highly regulated domains (e.g. Fintech, Healthcare, Education) with the ability to analyze compliance requirements & design solution arch accordingly
• Bright in presentation, negotiation & interpersonal skills
• Experienced in driving enterprise-level strategic initiatives/building large-scale decision-support systems
• Able to independently manage priorities & resources in a start-up like an environment
• Holding strong problem-solving skills & an ownership mindset
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix org
• Experienced in the on-site discovery process
• The one who has excellent written & verbal communication skills to communicate your ideas in an effective way to (non)tech stakeholders
• Fluently communicating in English, on at least an Upper-Intermediate level

It will be an advantage if you are

• Flexible to travel to the USA
• Understanding or having designed micro-frontend arch
• Experienced in delivering mobile solutions

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

A fast-growing project where new customers are about to join the community built around the product. The Solutions Architect joining our team will be responsible for designing & overseeing the implementation of complex architectural decisions enabling such community growth.

• Defining strategies & delivering business value to clients, leveraging available data sources
• Engaging closely with the customers to define their needs & priorities
• Designing solutions based on client’s requirements & constraints
• Consulting development team on solution implementation
• Overseeing adherence to security practices & regulatory compliances
• Taking part in short- & long-term Product Roadmap planning
• Educating & supporting customers on technical aspects of delivered solutions
• Prototyping & creating proof-of-concepts
• Creating go-to-market resources (including but not limited to case studies, white papers, arch assessments, etc.)
• Taking part in (pre)sales processes
• Participating in on/offsite discoveries & assessments
