The aim is the automation of emergency services work. They sell set of applications to ensure public security. Also, they offer jail modules. Domain — public safety. The client is US (Utah and Chicago) and Poland-based (Krakow).

YOU ARE

  • Showing at least 2-3 years of proven professional project management experience in IT
  • Capable of managing several small-to-medium products/releases simultaneously
  • Skilled and willing to work with distributed teams
  • Experienced in building successful partnership with a customer
  • Participating or at least understanding Agile, Scrum/Waterfall/Kanban, and Issue management systems like Jira, Trello
  • Supporting the team in establishing project processes, suggesting approaches, tools, and methods for effective and efficient performance
  • Proficient in people development, ensuring staff has appropriate qualifications and knowledge to meet objectives
  • Having background of staffing process, and conducting interviews
  • Skilled in conflict mitigation and resolution
  • Willing and eager to learn
  • Showing strong self-organizing abilities
  • Demonstrating Upper-Intermediate English level
