WE ARE

Quality Management Office (QMO) is a SoftServe in-house Testing Center of Excellence.

We provide leadership, best practices, research, support, and evangelization along with training for a quality assurance area.

YOU ARE

A Senior+ Test Automation or SET Engineer with 6+ years of industry background, showing the following experience

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
• Technical Leadership
• Building Test Automation Strategy and roadmap
• Building test automation frameworks and reusable components
• Practice in several technology stacks
• Willingness to learn new technologies and development approaches
• Knowledge on rolling out automation testing on the client-side: people, process, tools
• Proven track record of test automation consulting or solution architecture
• Upper-Intermediate + English level
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Strong client-facing skills
• Team orientation

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Conducting test automation consulting for our projects and clients, providing the expertise of test automation specialist, solution architect
• Managing client satisfaction, ensuring positive references for the next engagements
• QMO on test automation competency development to assure continuity from Consulting into Delivery
• Collecting Best Practices from existing projects and designing new ones that are shared and sharing them with a whole TA Community

TOGETHER WE WILL

• Provide consulting services and create Quality Management solutions for our Projects, Clients, and Prospects.
• Consolidate testing Best Practices and Templates based on industry standards along with hundreds of implemented projects and share such practices with Softservians
• Support development and ongoing improvement of Quality Control, Test Automation, and Software Engineering in Test competencies to make sure SoftServe can provide valuable software testing services
• Design learning approaches and give expert support while developing training, e-learning, and Meet-ups that get arranged by Tech School
