We are looking for a Project Manager for a team of 18 professionals at SoftServe (2 countries, 5 cities) working together with our client on the development of their product that is a hybrid IT monitoring analytics software for visibility in cloud, virtual and physical IT environments.

We develop the software for the world’s largest organizations to ensure their IT services and applications are always on. As the leader in software-defined IT operations, this product uniquely collects all types of machine data, building real-time IT service models that train machine learning algorithms to predict and eliminate outages in hybrid IT environments, dramatically reducing downtime and IT spend. It monitors 1 million resources globally and more than 70 billion data points a day, with more than 200 million daily data points per customer. And together with the teams on the customer’s side, we’re working on all of that.

YOU ARE

A leader with the following skills

• Successful team management: team-building, motivation, conflict resolution, etc.
• Deep understanding of SDLC processes Familiar with Agile practices
• At least theoretical knowledge of risk management, time management, problem-solving
• Relevant IT and/or management experience (would be an advantage)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to details
• Passion and the desire to learn & grow
• Efficient communication and collaboration with stakeholders
• Demonstrating Upper-Intermediate English level and above for daily communication
