Ideally, you seek a dynamic, fast-changing environment, strive for continuous learning and development as well really get inspired by the changes.

YOU ARE

To the best of your advantage, you should possess these competencies

• At least 6-month experience as a researcher/sourcer
• Knowledge of sourcing best practices and tools
• The overall concept of IT market specifics
• Understanding of main roles and profiles in IT company
• Knowledge of Social Media Platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
• Positive attitude, detail, and customer-orientation
• Successful multitasking and organizational ability
• Social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• An excellent writer and communicator with B2 (Upper-Intermediate+) German and English level

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Providing continuous knowledge on customers/markets/domains
• Identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities of the markets, and domains
• Preparing a client/account business overview and plan
• Remaining fully informed on market trends
• Preparing Weekly Digest of the key announcement, publications in LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. among the team
• Social Media Platform management
• Creating non-technical and technical posts, sharing some news, actual updates, events, etc.
• Coordinating the preparation of marketing materials, events between Global Marketing & CSL/VP Sales
