We are looking for an IT Support Engineer who will be engaged in the maintenance and troubleshooting of the user desktops, periphery devices (printers, scanners, etc.), support of the meeting rooms.


  • Experienced in Help Desk systems (desirable)
  • Familiar with the following services (desirable): MS Windows 10, MS Office, OS X
  • The one who knows Basic MS Windows Servers administering and Basic Linux-like systems administering
  • A real specialist in Workstation hardware and periphery devices configuring
  • Expert in MS Windows Systems and Linux
  • Able to get things done and possessing troubleshooting skills
  • The one who can work using checklists
  • Having Pre-Intermediate+ English level (desirable)


  • Installation and configuration of workstation software as a part of the hiring procedure or by individual user’s request
  • Support of network and domain user accounts and mailboxes: serving as an escalation point for all related issues and providing advisory and issue-resolving services
  • Support of user’s desktop applications: serving as the escalation point for all related issues and provideingadvisory and issue-resolving services
  • Technical fault analysis and troubleshooting, detecting the roots of problems and making decisions for resolving them. Cooperating with other directions if required to accomplish requests effectively and efficiently
  • Configuring and support technical devices and workstations in meeting rooms and guest rooms to keep them working properly, with updated software, correct configurations, etc. according to scheduled maintenance plan or by request
  • Tracking tickets to closure or raising them to L3 engineer in case if it requires additional advisory, cooperating with other IT directions
  • Updating corporate knowledge base (that provides users with self-service) with the latest changes in software and corporate policies
  • Performing workstation hardware and periphery devices maintenance (according to schedule or by request): checking, repairing, changing
  • Performing installation and configuration of workstation hardware on demand of hiring or relocation requests; uninstalling in case of dismissal, etc.
  • Support providing for corporate servers’ hardware to keep them working properly, forecasting potential risks and faults, proposing solutions for avoiding them
  • Service centers/Vendors/Suppliers for needs of hardware devices procurement, supporting and repairing services
  • Ensuring the logistics for transporting hardware devices between Company offices and/or Service Centers/Vendors/Suppliers
  • Company hardware storehouse management: tracking list of available hardware and periphery devices, adding new, removing written-off
  • Regular or on-demand inventorying the hardware and periphery devices
  • Providing IT Resources for Business Trips
