The infrastructure & operations team is looking for an IT Operations Coordinator to join a community of brave and enthusiastic professionals who are always ready to help and support each other. As a successful candidate, you will perform a strategic role in the department by team management and tracking all strategic and tactical IT initiatives.
YOU ARE
- Experienced in IT management and have at least 3 years in driving a team
- Ready to perform as a true leader who provides performance feedback and capability development of team members
- Possessing 5 years of experience in administrating computer systems
- Demonstrating excellent knowledge of ITIL Lifecycle approach and Transition, Operational processes
- Understanding of software development company functioning
- Having at least an Upper-Intermediate level of English (higher level will be considered as a strong advantage)
- With strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
