The main goal is to keep services running within the agreed SLA. In addition, there is own backlog to work on improvements related to latency, performance, capacity planning.

YOU ARE

• A person with Quality Assurance experience, knowledge, and skills
• Understanding software development life cycles and methodologies
• Able to multi-task within many priorities and time frames
• Successful in Relationship building and People motivation
• Possessing team player attitude
• Oriented to result/process/client
• Skilled in planning and estimation
• Bright in negotiation, interpersonal communication, and influence
• Demonstrating Intermediate+ English level

• Manual testing
• Preparation and implementation of end-to-end testing process
• Requirements analysis and clarification
• Designing tests
• Implementation and execution of the Test Cases
