We are looking for data analyst professional (preferably with BA background) with good experience in process and data analysis and perfect communications skills with possibility to present the outcomes of the research. We are going to use your expertise and skills to continue developing new analytical dashboards and improving existing. As well as providing very much valuable insights for the business based on developed reports and dashboards. On the final stage you will enjoy the outcomes of your work in form of company common success.

YOU ARE
• Having analytical and/ or technical background
• Expected to have at least 2-year experience in a BA, Data/Process Analysis position
• Aware of key business analysis tasks, elements, and techniques (BABOK) (preferably)
• Showing deep analytical thinking and root-cause analysis skills
• A stress-resistant person
• Ready to take ownership and make on-time decisions
• Demonstrating domain knowledge in Work-Force Planning, Staffing Processes, People data analysis is an advantage

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH
• Analyzing existing processes on employees’ journey in the company
• Finding insights and bottlenecks in existing processes, as well as the correlation between them
• Providing recommendations of improving current procedures based on data analyzed
• Compilating of ad-hoc reports that will include wide sources of information
• Full requirements’ management cycle for a development team
• Negotiating with multiple stakeholders
• Explaining the business context of a solution to the development team
• Discussing solution requirements and design options with the team, and communicating outcomes to stakeholders
• Establishing and following requirements’ lifecycle process, as well as writing user stories on demand
