YOU ARE
• Having analytical and/ or technical background
• Expected to have at least
• Aware of key business analysis tasks, elements, and techniques (BABOK) (preferably)
• Showing deep analytical thinking and root-cause analysis skills
• A stress-resistant person
• Ready to take ownership and make on-time decisions
• Demonstrating domain knowledge in Work-Force Planning, Staffing Processes, People data analysis is an advantage
