SoftServe is one of the largest global IT companies with Ukrainian roots specializing in software development and consultancy services.
We are looking for Business Intelligence Engineer to join the GTO team to develop and enhance people analytics initiatives/projects/Power BI dashboards for SoftServe.

YOU ARE
• Showing at least 2-year relevant background
• Demonstrating experience in T-SQL development using MS SQL up through SQL 2008, relational database concepts, troubleshooting performance bottlenecks
• Skilled in Microsoft Power BI (Desirable)
• Understanding software development company functioning and lifecycle models
• Having good analytical skills

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH
• Designing, coding, testing, and debugging technical solutions except for complex components, in compliance with the defined engineering standards
• Assisting with validation of technical solutions by participating in code inspections
• Maintaining technical specifications and supplementary project documentation in compliance with the changes in system/environment
• Participating in technical specifications and technological approaches development
• The team lead and business users to gather requirements, conduct analysis and prioritize requests
• Designing and implementing multi-dimensional models, including the construction of Data View, Dimensions, and Cubes
• Designing and implementing reporting applications including Power BI dashboards, reporting cubes, and static reports
• Providing estimates of efforts required to implement the tasks assigned
• Accomplishing the tasks in compliance with a schedule defined by the technical management
• Discussing by email the issues related to the development of the assigned tasks with the developers at the customer site, participate in conference calls
• Identifying system and engineering process deficiencies and recommending solutions and process improvements. Contributing to and enforcing coding standards
• Assisting in the enforcement of development deadlines and schedules
