Community Manager (ID 62925)

• A candidate with Master’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, PR or related field
• Possessing at least 2-year IT-related experience
• Creative, technology lover who knows what developers do and what do they want
• A proven communicator/presenter with good project management skills
• Experienced in setting up external events such as workshops, meet-ups, conferences (as well as new formats implementation)
• The one who knows a lot of Ukrainian dev communities
• Having a proven track of successful implementing community-building strategies
• Demonstrating Upper-Intermediate+ English level

Community strategy & relationships to
• Promote Dev Community activities, ideas, a mission among external stakeholders and members
• Build relationships within community members & followers; and grow their active engagement into community life
• Identify, cultivate, and maintain partnerships and alliances with speakers, proactive community members, and networks
• Calculate and execute on community budgets and ensure adherence; forecast and report finance within the activity scope
Events organization to
• Plan and implement community activities (including online/offline events) through the full event life cycle, meet target audience objectives & requirements
• Ensure a smooth event implementation and mitigate related risks, or ad hoc issues
• Analyze and improve community activities for higher community engagement
• Generate ideas and approaches to improve the success/effectiveness of the activities conducted
• Track community metrics and gather the analytics to understand how the community is performing and what to improve, lead the community reporting
Marketing & social media to
• Develop and execute strategies for content marketing campaigns and implementation of projects
• Align and comply with company policies
• Cooperate with colleagues and other departments
• Implement digital marketing activities for community purposes (SEO, GoogleAds, etc.)

• Work in a great team!
• Grow the community engagement across different members groups through different types of events and platforms
• Create and execute on the communication strategies via social networks
