Successfully cooperating with our customer, a leading data analytics and technology-enabled services company dedicated to helping health plans, providers, and patients with solutions that are purpose-built for oncology. Through an evidence-based, real-world analytics approach to utilization management, Clients’ prior authorization platform is used by physicians to support 5 million health plan members in the US and Puerto Rico and covers the full spectrum of therapeutics, across all cancer types and stages, including chemotherapy, radiation therapy, precision medicine, targeted therapy, and supportive care.
Our Team is working on a clinical decision support software used with healthcare plans and providers that enhances Client’s evidence-based approach to the evaluation of cancer treatment and benefits management. Our big team consists of several dedicated scrum teams who are working according to Agile principles and successfully delivers the high-quality and efficient solutions.

A strong Project Coordinator showcasing such experience
• At least 2-3 years of proven professional project management in IT
• A proven record of working with international companies/clients
• Project ownership in all aspects (budget, scope, schedule, quality, etc.)
• Ability to establish, manage, and regularly improve service and process-related metrics
• Understanding of Traditional and Agile project management methodologies
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with the stakeholders on client-side in order to achieve success
• Being hands-on with leading, motivating, guiding, coaching, and encouraging team(s) of engineers, including conflict management
• Background of portfolio management would be a plus point
• Problem-solving, strong analytical skills
• Quick learning skills
• Ability to resolve and escalate scope-related issues promptly
• Strong-willed, stress-resistant team player attitude
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English level

• Managing a project of medium complexity or several projects of low-to-medium complexity with a total team size of up to 12 project members
• Maintaining the communication between SoftServe and the client
• Shaping and managing the client’s expectations
• Ensuring the project deliverables conform to the budget, scope, schedule, and quality during all phases of the SDLC: initiation, analysis and design, execution, monitoring and control, and completion
• Ensuring the project-wide usage of the best practices and processes determined by the SDO, QMO, PMO, and BAO
• Managing the client’s expectations; monitoring and contribution to CSAT increase
• Facilitating the project-related client communication at all levels
• Ensuring the project-related metrics, such as CSAT, ESAT, and the turnover rate, are at the target level
