And now we are looking for a Project Manager to take care of this team!

YOU ARE
A professional demonstrating such qualities
• Future Project Manager Professional and Delivery Leader
• Knowledge of software development life cycles and software development company functioning
• 3 years of proven successful professional project management experience, managing at least 10 people
• Experience with revenue models, profit/loss, and cost-to-completion projections
• An understanding of project pricing model and billing procedures
• Expertise in project/budget estimation techniques
• Analytical skills
• Project ownerships in all aspects (budget, scope, schedule, quality, etc.)
• A proven communicator/presenter

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH
• Outcome-based portfolio of the Automation Service for the number of customers (Enterprises, ISVs)
• Presales activities
• Innovations and owning new product development
• Other delivery units in the company
• SoftServe University and launching new custom groups
• Direct communication with the client, clarifying requirements and proposing alternatives, getting a quick grasp of client’s business and priorities, supporting client’s ideas and driving execution from concept to delivery, proposing new ideas for improvement in a well-structured and ROI-based manner
