YOU ARE
• Demonstrating 4+ years of overall IT Management experience, and 1-2 years of proven experience in project management
• Experienced with IT projects: Infrastructure, Clouds, DevOps, Security, Docker Containers
• Having background working with American companies, as well as some technical background
• Showing strong time, project and priority management skills
• Experient with Presales and Account Development
• Practiced with Agile/Scrum Strong technical background (programming experience, DevOps work are required)
• Able to define scope, documents, and presents projects and features in demo, manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project scope
• Skilled in taking ownership of all aspects of the project, such as budget, scope, schedule, and quality
• Extensively experienced with human resources management
• Understanding software development processes
• An excellent communicator and presenter
• Able to manage critical situations with business stakeholders
• Showing demonstrated client relationship and interpersonal skills
• A holder of business acumen to develop opportunities
• Possessing a high level of responsibility and quick learning skills
• Able to lead by example and inspire others
• Having good planning and organization skills
• Understanding the business requirements for the project, developing effective working relationships, and management ongoing processes for the project
• Showing excellent people management and conflict-resolving skills
• A strong-willed and stress-resistant team player
• Skilled in negotiation, influencing, motivation, and conflict resolution
• Having a goal-oriented focus
• Demonstrating at least an Upper-intermediate level of English

• Establishing consistent project management processes within the project
• Creating and maintaining the project management documentation and revising it as appropriate
