As a Recruitment Lead, you will perform the strategic role of staffing consultant and contact point for the hiring managers. You will have a great and talented team around, which will appreciate your advice, good example, and mentoring. Likewise, they will delight you with their results and achievements.
You will also act as a staffing lead for several projects with full-cycle recruitment responsibilities, including preliminary consulting, further recruiting strategy, and its actual implementation.
YOU ARE
A professional having the below-mentioned skills
• 6+ years of recruiting experience (preferably in the IT industry)
• Understanding of software development company functioning
• A concept of full lifecycle recruiting components
• Upper-Intermediate Strong level of English
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Result orientation
• High level of motivation to manage client/partner expectations
• Personal effectiveness
