In frames of extending collaboration, we are looking for a talented Associate Business Analyst who enjoys working with business requirements and would like to grow in the Business Analysis sphere.
You will be involved in a cross-national team, building innovative products within collaborative, cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to multiple coding disciplines and standards, as well as contributing to its stability. As the pioneer and trendsetter of the virtual healthcare service provider in the world, your highly visible contributions will be used by millions of people each year. 

YOU ARE
• A person with sound communicative skills
• Showing deep analytical thinking and root-cause analysis, or really want to acquire it
• A stress-resistant personality
• Ready to take ownership and make on-time decisions
• A person with some IT background (as a software engineer, QA, etc), which is preferred
• Aware of software development specifics and methodologies (e. g. Waterfall, Agile)

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH
• Full requirements management cycle for a development team within Agile SDLC
• Negotiating with multiple stakeholders including third-party integrations
• Participation in Leadership initiatives (process improvement, new opportunities, risk management, etc.)
• One of our Business Analysts directly and to be a mentee of this person
• Client’s Product Managers directly
• Possibility of enhancing your English to a new level due to constant written/oral communication with the client

• Be part of the team that is responsible for cooperation with the customer to define the needs, inception, new software solutions and running proof of concept projects leading to business success, as well as leading complex, multi-disciplinary software engineering process which deliver proof of exceptional value to Company and customers 
• Live in a dynamic product/solution lifecycle and keep all in one head: strategic, business, and technical focuses, software solution development excellence, customer experience, and feedback 
• Work closely with Program/Project Managers to confirm alignment of the requirements’ management plan, with the overall project management plan for each initiative, contribute to risk management
