To enable large-scale business processes, the client’s information infrastructure consists of various web and desktop applications. They operate with large sets of data and are used to manage business flows and cooperate with their business partners.
You will be a part of an experienced product team responsible for implementing and leading the quality of the product, processes management by following Agile test automation methodologies in order to build business-critical application according to the best agile practices.

YOU ARE
The Candidate possessing the following competencies
• Experience with implementing and leading product quality management processes following Agile test automation methodologies (BDD, TDD, ATDD)
• Solid expertise with automation testing of Web (Serenity, Cucumber), Mobile (Apium, MS AppCenter), API (RestAssured) components
• Hands-on experience with Maven, Junit, Guice, Hamcrest, Allure, Docker
• The skill of testing IoT and cloud solutions built by using microservices
• Commitment to team success and Agile mindset in developing products
• Upper-Intermediate English level

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH
• Performing all aspects of automated and manual testing
• Developing detailed testing approach and plans for specific test areas
• Facilitation of defect triage and managing the overall defect resolution process
• Conducting test case reviews, ensuring requirements traceability, and proper coverage
• Designing test cases and executing all types of testing (e.g. functional, integration, end-to-end)
• Contribution to the development and implementation of QA Test Automation strategy
• Participation in release planning to establish and maintain testing plans and initial scheduling estimates per project
• Collaboration with Scrum team to understand requirements and solution designs
• Development team to help in shipping features quickly and safely by empowering and educating software engineers to test their own features
• Facilitation the testing of features for the development team, ensuring that testing meets production quality standards
• Developing Test Cases according to standards, for peer review and execution
• Executing Test Cases, tracking and reporting defects, engaging software engineers to resolve defects
Identifying test cases appropriate for regression test library
• Participation in continuous improvement efforts and serving as a subject matter expert and advocate to promote a culture of good quality practices
• Comfortable challenging the team to put quality over quantity by providing continuous feedback while introducing and evolving best practices
