Our Customer is a retail company based in the US selling handcrafted rugs with an exclusive design from India. Our Customer has clients all over the world, working as B2B and as B2C as well. Our team will need to upgrade eCommerce web-site and integrate it with ERP (Navision) and CRM (SalesForce) systems, implement such features as Customer Service Reps and Merchandize Return Process, Client Authorization and many others. One of the main achievements of the customer is moving to Tableau to be able to visualize Client’s success metrics. The goal of this project is to build a scalable framework to support current and emerging BI needs.
The business value of the framework will be represented within the Executive Dashboard showing the most-important company KPIs.

YOU ARE
A candidate demonstrating such experience and abilities as
• Proficiency in dimensional modeling, design and implementation of analytical/reporting systems
• Extensive knowledge of MS SQL and hands-on experience with one of the popular programming languages
• Creating data integration and data processing pipelines using ETL, batch processing or stream processing techniques
• Tableau, MicroStrategy, TIBCO, QlikView, Microsoft family, etc. (one of the popular reporting platforms)
• Understanding of DW concept
• Integration & processing: SSIS, Talend, Informatica, etc.
• Hands-on experience in Hadoop stack is a big plus point: HDFS, Hive, Impala, Cassandra, Elasticsearch
• Strong communication skills
• English Upper-intermediate level or higher

• Design, develop, and test data processes per business requirements, following the development standards and best practices
• Integrate disparate data sources using Data Integration tools
• Implement data warehouse and analytics platforms (Microsoft Azure)
• Implement and configure Data Virtualization environment
• Design data marts to support Business Intelligence reporting
