WE ARE
The newly formed team is looking for a Technical Leader to work with a new client at SoftServe. Our client is a contingent worker provider for big companies in oil and gas industry. The customer helps energy companies scale faster — allowing operators, vendors, and contractors to work together seamlessly while reducing costs and risks.
As a team, we will work on a platform development which will help our client to automate and optimize their business processes.

YOU ARE
Demonstrating such essential requirements as
• Minimum 4-year-experience in service-oriented web development using NodeJS, Go or similar languages
• Experience in working with relational and NoSQL data storages
• Background and desire to lead a team and be a mentor for junior staff
• Critical thinking, ability to push-back and evaluate technical decisions
• Struggling for excellence in delivery
• Experience in writing unit and integration tests
• At least Upper-Intermediate English level
• Ability to learn fast
• Ability to work well independently and with others
• Responsible attitude and result-orientation
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
Nice to have the following experience
• Designing and building systems with microservice architecture
• GraphQL
• Data Lake
• Building applications using Ruby
• Continuous delivery
