WE ARE
Our team is a part of the client’s team that integrates network intrusion detection systems in the FTD, a new generation firewall. We are involved in the full SDLC of the feature. Our team has strong collaboration to support both the Open Source community as well as within many product groups throughout the client company. In an Agile environment, we iterate towards keeping improving our, already top-rated, Snort IPS/IDS security core.

YOU ARE
• Having strong ’C++’ experience and Object-Oriented Programming skills, but can still work with basic standard ’C’
• Knowledgeable of build systems and multiple operating platforms, especially on Linux
• Possessing at least 4-7 years of C/C++ software development
• Able to troubleshoot from cores and stack traces as well as to delve into network traffic with tools such as Wireshark
• Having a deep knowledge of link, internet, transport, application protocols
• Understanding network topologies
• Expertised with Agile/SCRUM methodology
• Having hands-on experience with full-stack development of high-reliable multithreading systems
• Understanding scripting and building environments
• Familiar with at least one major scripting language and one IDE
