Business Development Manager IT Security in DACH Region with AI Sales Tools

SOFTPROM is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in B2B SaaS sales and Enterprise IT solutions for the DACH region. This is a high-impact role focused on expanding our presence among international enterprise clients and leveraging cutting-edge AI sales tools, including Pitch Avatar, to drive growth across our portfolio of IT Security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development and sales activities across the DACH region
  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with international enterprise clients
  • Actively use and promote Pitch Avatar, an AI-powered presentation and sales platform, as part of the sales process
  • Develop and deliver impactful sales presentations and product demos to end users, partners, and C-level stakeholders
  • Manage full sales cycle: from lead generation to deal closure (contracts exceeding €500K annually)
  • Recruit, onboard, and enable key reseller and channel partners
  • Plan and execute joint business plans with partners, including enablement, training, pipeline management, and co-marketing
  • Initiate and support Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements with prospects and partners
  • Provide regular internal forecasting, reporting, and strategy alignment

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS or IT/OT Security Sales to enterprise clients, including international companies
  • Experience managing deals of €500K+ annually
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role focused on the DACH market
  • Solid understanding of security product domains such as WAF, DLP, NAC, SOAR — a strong plus
  • Existing network of key IT security resellers and system integrators in the DACH region
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
  • Fluency in German and professional-level English
  • Self-driven, well-organized, and comfortable working in a remote-first, international environment
