About the project:

We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Specialist to take charge of engaging with accounts in our specialized domains, such as Financial, Ticketing, and Entertainment. You will play a key role in designing and executing effective lead-nurturing campaigns. Be part of an exciting journey, unlocking new opportunities and contributing to our growth at Softjourn, Inc.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in lead/demand generation within the IT industry;
  • Experience or solid understanding of the B2B sector;
  • Experience or demonstrated expertise in cold calls;
  • Advanced English level;
  • Availability: This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule. The role requires the ability to work extended hours in alignment with the Pacific Time Zone, up to approximately 9:00 PM CET, with such flexibility needed about 2–3 times per week;
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication skills;
  • Proven proactivity and effective time management;
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities;
  • An enthusiastic and positive “can-do” attitude;
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills.

Will be a plus:

  • Knowledge of the IT Service Industry;
  • Experience working with Engineers and CTOs;
  • Experience in financial and/or ticketing domains.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage the domains that Softjourn specializes in — Financial, Ticketing, and Entertainment — to drive interest in Softjourn and generate leads/opportunities;
  • Utilize multiple channels — emails, LinkedIn, and cold calls — to connect with potential clients;
  • Lead nurturing — manage and engage our existing database of leads, designing effective nurturing campaigns to move them further down the funnel;
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to the Head of the department;
  • Work with the Softjourn knowledge base and complete relevant internal training courses to gain a thorough understanding of Softjourn’s business, processes, and portfolio.
