About the project:
Our client is an American bank. They plan a migration from the old bank platform to the new one based on Salesforce and Mulesoft. This would be a project from scratch.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a BA in the IT field;
- Experience in the financial domain;
- Experience analyzing, clarifying, and translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications;
- Experience in preparing and creating specifications for IT products;
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities;
- Practical experience in using BPMN;
- Experience in describing, analyzing, and improving business processes;
- Experience working with US clients;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as business presentation skills;
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Mulesoft systems;
- Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements;

- Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving change in a dynamic environment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
Responsibilities:
- Process improvement and operations management, particularly within the banking or financial services sector;
- Collaborate effectively with business subject matter experts to comprehend their roles and responsibilities, and effectively translate them into comprehensive business process flows;
- Process mapping, value stream analysis, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision-making;
- Documenting and visualizing user journeys to enhance understanding and facilitate seamless experiences;
- Translating business processes and flows into Jira stories, effectively capturing requirements for development teams;
- Wireframing to design intuitive user experiences and user interfaces;
- Managing development backlogs using agile methodologies;
- Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
