1+ year of recruitment experience in IT;
Knowledge of IT outsourcing market and recruitment practices;
Understanding of the recruitment life cycle process (vacancy creating, candidate profile analyzing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer proposition, closing of vacancy);
Experience with Boolean search, Xray;
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
Ability to follow existing processes;
At least upper-intermediate level of English.

Sourcing candidates by using databases, social media, etc;
Reviewing candidates resume and job application;
Conducting screenings and interviews;
Preparing and updating CVs;

Organizing the onboarding process;
Taking up different HR tasks.
