SOFTICO is a Value Added IT Distributor founded in 2013 with a strong and proven track record in the IT distribution market. We provide licensed solutions from global leaders in information security, CAD solutions, as well as IT integration and support services.
As we actively expand our vendor portfolio, we are looking for a Business Development Manager who is ready to take ownership of sales and market promotion of our solutions in Ukraine.
Key Responsibilities
- Active search and engagement of new B2B clients and partners (system integrators, resellers, enterprise customers)
- Conducting negotiations and presentations for decision-makers (C-level executives, IT managers, procurement teams)
- Managing the full sales cycle: from first contact to deal closure and further account development
- Preparing commercial proposals, working with pricing, discounts, and project registration
- Joint planning of promotional activities, webinars, and partner campaigns together with the marketing team
- Market and competitor analysis, participation in shaping the business direction development strategy
- Regular communication with vendors, participation in trainings and certification programs
- Maintaining high-quality CRM records and sales pipeline reporting
- Coordinating activities with engineers and related departments
What is important for us
- 2+ years of experience in active B2B sales (experience in IT or complex solution distribution will be a strong advantage)
- Understanding of the sales funnel and enterprise customer sales processes
- Experience in negotiations with decision-makers and preparing commercial proposals
- Confident CRM usage
- English level A2—B1 (for training, documentation, and vendor communication)
- Higher education (technical or economic background is a plus)
- Independence, responsibility, and result-oriented mindset
- Ability to listen to clients and build long-term relationships
