Product & Sales Support Manager (вакансія неактивна)

SOFTICO is a Value-Added IT Solutions Distributor and an official partner of leading global vendors. We help businesses in Ukraine implement technologies that drive efficiency and growth.

We are looking for a Product & Sales Support Manager (no direct sales) to support the SolidWorks direction, build product expertise, and work closely with Sales and partner teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and developing SolidWorks product expertise: portfolio, modules, use cases
  • Market monitoring and competitor analysis in the CAD/PLM solutions segment
  • Managing partner programs and cooperation terms
  • Supporting sales teams and partners by preparing materials (presentations, battle cards, comparison tables)
  • Collecting and communicating feedback from partners and the market to management
  • Organizing and completing Vendor certifications and trainings

Requirements:

  • Experience working with B2B products (IT / software / engineering)
  • Experience with distributors or system integrators will be an advantage
  • Understanding of complex solution sales processes
  • Higher education, preferably technical (engineering, CAD, IT)
  • English level B1 or higher (for training, documentation, and communication with the vendor)
  • Structured and analytical thinking
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly explain complex topics

Expected Results:

  • After 1 month: good understanding of the SolidWorks portfolio, completion of basic trainings and certifications, market awareness, established cooperation with BDM and Marketing teams
  • After 3 months: clear product positioning, active use of materials in sales, delivered trainings, launched product initiatives
  • After 12 months: significant sales growth driven by systematic product management activities
